Notarial Services

  • Authentication of Signatures: Verifying the identity of individuals signing legal documents, such as trust deeds, agreements, affidavits, contracts, and power of attorney (POA). A notarized POA is required whenever the agent is not an attorney, such as a corporation or a family member of the principal.

  • Certification of Copies: Certifying that copies of documents (such as passports, certificates, deeds, etc.) are true copies of the original.

  • Certification of Translation: Certifying the accuracy of a translated document, which was translated from English to Hebrew, or vice versa.

  • Affidavits and Statutory Declarations: Taking sworn statements or affidavits for use in legal or administrative matters.

  • Notarizing Documents for International Use: Preparing documents to be used in foreign countries, including the issuance of an apostille (through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) when required for international legal purposes.

  • Prenuptial Agreements: certifying prenuptial agreement as required under Israeli law in order to validate them.

  • Last Wills and Testaments: Under Israeli law, a valid will can be executed, inter alia, before a notary.
